Fuel prices
A fuel surcharge applies to all our rates, as introduced on 01-01-2007. Every 2.5% increase in fuel prices will result in a 1% adjustment to the fuel surcharge, with January 1, 2007, as the baseline, using a reference price of €0.962 per liter. We apply the fuel prices published on www.oliecentrale.nl.
